Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time Each ZILOS piece is handmade and one of a kind. Processing times vary by item — most orders are prepared and shipped within 3–7 business days. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping Method & Delivery We ship via USPS. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
